The Approved List of Models and Manufacturers (ALMM) is maintained by the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE), Government of India. Only ALMM-listed solar equipment is eligible for government subsidies and incentive schemes under various programs like PM-KUSUM, Rooftop Solar Scheme, and other central and state-level initiatives.
The ALMM comprises two lists: List-I for PV Module Manufacturers and List-II for Solar Cell Manufacturers. This ensures that solar equipment meets quality standards and is manufactured by certified manufacturers, promoting domestic manufacturing and ensuring reliability for end users.
Note: The ALMM database is currently being migrated to a new normalized schema (Phase 2). Data entry is available through the admin interface at /dashboard/almm/add. Public listings will be available once the migration is complete.
